Back for its second instalment, Dragstars is an exciting online competition designed to discover talented drag performers from across Aotearoa New Zealand and beyond. This competition celebrates the art of drag and welcomes both seasoned professional performers and up-and-coming drag queens, kings, and things.

 

The winner will earn a prestigious paid performance spot on the main stage at Palmy Drag Fest 2026, along with return flights and accommodation.
